Club Champs Finals 2022, Sunday June 19th

Well done to everyone who has taken part in this year’s Club Championships (kindly sponsored by Nick Rivett Sport) and we are looking forward to our Finals Day this Sunday 19th June.

(PLEASE NOTE – THERE WILL BE NO SOCIAL ON SUNDAY 19th JUNE, as all courts will be needed for the finals.)

A big thank you to Adam for organising such a fantastic tournament and we have around 27 finals scheduled throughout Sunday as well as a Sound Tennis event in the morning.

The Bar will be serving a breakfast menu until 11.30am which will include bacon and egg sandwiches, a veggie option of avocado and tomato on sourdough bread and a fruit bowl of fresh fruit, yoghurt, honey and granola. On top of the usual drinks and snacks on offer, from 11.30am, toasties, baguettes and sandwiches with various fillings plus Pimms, afternoon tea and scones will also be available.

There will be our delicious cake stall to visit on the day and if you would like to bake or buy some cakes for the cake stall for us to sell we would be very grateful indeed, thank you! 

We are also running a table-top sale at the same time. You can rent one of our 10 tables for £5 and sell any items that you no longer need. It can be tennis related but doesn’t need to be, it can be books, toys etc! A great way to give a new home to unwanted items! Limited availability left!

As always, lots of exciting tennis to look forward to watching on the day and everyone is welcome so please come along with friends and family to support. A match schedule will be emailed out plus added to the Club’s website by Saturday afternoon.
